Help me naming department which does back office operations to deliver customer service by coordination.?

THe basic job is to coordinate with internal departments to supply the equipment, to do the installation, to contact customers for appointments for delivery and installation, to send service personnel to their home, follow up with customers about the delivery, and sign off. they also will be doing prospect mailing as well. I want to give some name for this department.
