Questions about naming a corporate identity?

Is there a way to get around naming my company if the name is already taken?

Questions about naming a corporate identity?
No. There is no way around it unless the company goes out of business and no longer has a business license.

Just think of another name.

Good Luck!
Reply:It's best to avoid naming your company the exact same name.

Can you put a slight spin on the name, to make it uniquely yours, and something that will stand out and be easy to remember? That is fine to do, but be aware that customers looking for your website might have a difficult time (and could land on the other company's site accidentally!).
Reply:They Can take a case to court if you take the other companies name. If you really want it call the company and see if they will sell the name to you-almost 99.99% sure they wont unless there going out of business
