I'm going to have a new sister and my parents want to name my new baby sister Goldie Cash Diamond, what do you think about this?

Snap them out of it. dont they know this baby is going to have this name for the rest of her life? Or at least until she can change it herself by depol once shes 18. She will hate them forever if they give her that name.

Reply:Please try to talk them out of it. It's terrible!!! Diamond is trashy enough by itself but add Goldie and Cash to it, it sounds even trashier. It sounds like something a stripper or a porn star would be named. Goldie reminds me of either Goldilocks and the three bears or Goldie Hawn. Also, Cash is too masculine.

As somebody who was hung with an awful name at birth, I hope they won't do this. I went through years of people making fun of it until I had it legally changed.





It was a big hassle, cost a couple of hundred dollars, and I had to be fingerprinted like a common criminal, but it was worth it. Nobody can ever call me that again.





If Golda fits with your ethnicity, they could name her Golda Cassandra and then give her the nickname Goldie Cash. (Still wouldn't be my favorite.) Diamond, as a 3rd name, won't show up on anything except the birth certirficate and possibly legal documents.
